Mid-day today, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Transport, Ing. Milan Šimonovský, submitted his resignation to the Office of the Prime Minister, through the Director of the Office of the Minister.  His resignation was submitted in line with the Czech Constitution, and concerns both his position as the Minister of Transport and as Deputy Prime Minister.  The Prime Minister’s Office confirmed having received the resignation.
