On 15 February 2005, the Ministry of Transport opened, in line with the resolution of the government of 12 January 2005, a tender for the selection of the project manager for the introduction of the system of usage-based fees on selected Czech roads.  The tender was launched in line with the Act no. 40/2004 Coll., the Public Procurement Act, by the submission of a notice of this public tender to the Central Address.  Any and all information related to this tender is available at that address, and the tendering conditions will be handed out to the potential bidders upon request.  For that reason, the Commissioner will not provide any other information through the media, in line with the provisions of Act no. 40/2004 Coll.
