The e-mailroom accepts electronic submissions received at the address of the e-mailroom, with the exception of any submission in which has been detected an erroneous format, or a computer programme liable to cause harm to the information system or the information processed by a public authority.

If a special legal regulation stipulates the obligation to attach a recognised electronic signature, a recognised electronic mark, or a qualified time-stamp to a data message, the mailroom shall check for the requisite details, pursuant to Sec. 2 of Regulation No. 496/2004 Coll., as amended, and Act no. 227/2000 Coll., as amended.

Submissions in electronic form may be made in the following formats: DOC, RTF, TXT, PDF or HTML

The maximum size of a submission is 7 MB

An electronic submission may be made in person, on a 1.44 MB diskette or CD, at the following address:

Confirmation of the receipt of a submission:

Shall be sent to the e-mail address of the submitter once the legibility of the submission and all of the requisite detail prescribed by the law have been checked, as a message signed electronically by a mailroom employee, no later than on the first business day following the receipt of the submission.

Inquiries submitted through the e-mailroom must contain the basic identification of the sender, i.e., first name, surname, and address (for legal entities: name and registered seat) of the person making the inquiry.
