EETS has been defined by the Commission Decision 2009/750/EC of 6th October 2009 on the definition of the European Electronic Toll Services and its technical elements. The Decision entered into force on the 8th October 2009.

On the basis of the Article 19 of the Commission Decision 2009/750/EC, the Czech Republic Register has been established (data format .doc)
