Construction of the D11 motorway between Hradec Králové and Smiřice started on October 2. This means that the D11 motorway will continue from Hradec Králové to the north towards Poland. Along with the connecting section between Smiřice and Jaroměř, where works started in May 2018, the motorway will divert traffic from the existing I/33 road between Hradec Králové and Jaroměř, the capacity of which is already now stretched to the limits.

We have currently 23 km of the D11 from Hradec Králové up to Jaroměř under construction. And preparations are under way also on the remaining part of the motorway towards the border.
